Billy was the best brother anyone could ask for. He was ALWAYS there for his family, and for me. Growing up, he was someone I always looked up to, admired, and could count on to be in my corner. His devotion to our family never ever wavered. I always knew he was there for each and every one of us. NOTHING was more important to him than family. I was blessed beyond all measure to have him for my brother. Rest in Peace, my dear precious brother. I will be remembering and loving you forever!
