Obituary of Anita Keely

ANITA D. KEELY Anita D. Keely, 89, Centralia, MO passed away Monday, July 18, 2022, at her home. She was born May 2, 1933, in Steedman, MO the daughter of the late Christi and Mabel (Vandelicht) Krebs. On January 27, 1952, she was united in marriage to Harold Keely, who preceded her in death on July 17, 2011. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one daughter Cynthia Voight and her husband William of Columbia, MO; one son Kevin Keely and his wife Vicky of Louisiana, MO; five grandchildren Kristi Shelton, Erin Reams, Michelle McFresh, Derek Keely and Bradley Keely; three great grandchildren Kalista, Joshua and Emilee; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband, one brother Darrell Krebs and two great grandchildren Reggie Spelman and Emma Shelton preceded her in death. Anita worked as a bookkeeper for several local business’s including Sunset Gardens, Centralia Country Club and she held a real estate license. She was a member of the Centralia United Methodist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star since 1951. She loved traveling, playing bridge, and spending time with her family and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, July 22, 2022, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO with an Eastern Star service at 7:00 pm. A graveside service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the Mokane Cemetery in Mokane, MO.
