I remember really getting to know your mom at the girl’s summer rec program. She was so fun, spirited, and an encourager! My mom and your mom had a few laughs over the years I am sure. I remember her having to eat saltine crackers for her diabetes when her blood sugar was not right. That is a weird thing to remember…but I think I was concerned about her. I remember her hair did not ever seem to be out of place and the normal of red lipstick and red fingernail polish of those years. My heart goes out to each of you…may God comfort you…and may you cling to all the GOOD memories. Donna Shanks
