Obituary of Ronald E. Palmer

RONALD E. “ROCK” PALMER Ronald E. “Rock” Palmer, 67, Centralia, MO passed away Monday, July 31, 2023, at Pin Oaks Nursing Center in Mexico, MO. He was born August 19, 1955, in Mexico, MO the son of the late Cholie (Chase) Palmer. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons Raymond Palmer and his wife Melissa of Centralia, MO and Russell Palmer and his wife Michelle of Centralia, MO; one sister Karen Shuck and her husband Bobby of Thompson, MO; three grandchildren Roston, Rylee and Violet; a nephew Jesse Shuck; his friend Sherrie Kemp of Mexico, MO and his dog Lola; other relatives and many dear friends. Rock first worked as a truck driver and later owned and operated several businesses. He was a member of the Freedom of Road Riders and the Band of Brothers. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, telling stories and spending time with all of his grandchildren. A celebration of life will be from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm Saturday, November 4, 2023, at IC Billiards in Centralia, MO. Music will be provided by Disengaged from 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
