Obituary of Carl C. Nichols

CARL C. NICHOLS Carl C. Nichols, 70, Centralia, MO passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia, MO. He was born June 17, 1953, the son of the late Marvin and Edna (Yager) Nichols. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two daughters Michele Kuntz and her husband Marc of Hallsville, MO and Marly Nichols of Centralia, MO; two brothers Richard Nichols and his wife Faye of Centralia, MO and Raymond Nichols and his wife Brenda of Centralia, MO; six grandchildren Brandon, Michael, Jaden, Blake, Maxwell, and Benjamin; several nieces; other relatives and many dear friends. Carl served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as a butcher for Wal-Mart for several years and enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and his cats. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO.
