One of my favorite people I cooked for at Centralia country club .I was lucky to have known Joan and Luther Angell. Always greeted me with that big smile.Joan shared a couple recipes with me that are amazing. I'll always think of her as I prepare fried cabbage, Gumbo, or Liver and onions .
