Obituary of Stuart Harrison

STUART R. HARRISON Stuart Harrison, 64, Centralia, MO passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at his home surrounded by his four daughters. He was born April 3, 1957 in Moberly, MO the son of William and Ruth (O’Bannon) Harrison. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by four daughters; Karie Flood and her husband Marcus of Moberly, MO, Tonja Hooton and her husband Nathan of Sedalia, MO, Alicen Harrison of Columbia, MO and Ashlena Harrison of Columbia, MO; four brothers; Austin Harrison and his wife Suzie of Sturgeon, MO, John Harrison and his wife Patti of Hutto, TX, William Harrison, Jr. and his wife Marty of Kansas City, MO and Kenneth Whitney of Columbia, MO; three sisters; Becky Robinson and her husband Johnny of Sturgeon, MO, Debbie Blakemore and her husband Paul of Sturgeon, MO and Rhonda Dawson and her husband Steve of Sturgeon, MO; four grandchildren; Sydney Flood, Gabriel Flood, William Hooton and Kane Familia; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents, one sister Vicky Roberts preceded him in death. Stuart worked as a concrete pump operator for Columbia Concrete and later for Central Missouri Concrete Pumping. He was a member of the Mid-Mo Tractor Pulling Association and the Hartland Tractor Pulling Association. Stuart loved pulling garden tractors and competing with his friends. He enjoyed trout fishing, hunting, going to the lake and spending time with all of his family. A celebration of life will be 4:00 pm Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Oliver Funeral Home in Sturgeon, MO. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until service time on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Oliver Funeral Home in Sturgeon, MO.
