Obituary of Gene Bolton

RALPH E. “GENE” BOLTON Ralph E. “Gene” Bolton, 72, Mexico, MO passed away Monday, March 21, 2022, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Mexico, MO. He was born December 14, 1949, in Fulton, MO the son of the late Ralph and Verda Bolton. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons Wes Bolton and his wife Jennifer of Columbia, MO and Brad Bolton and his wife Andi of Danbury, Connecticut; one brother Ray Bolton and his wife Laura of Fulton, MO; two grandchildren Gavin and Vera; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. Gene served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He first worked as an insurance salesman and later he spent many years working at LaCrosse Lumber Co. Gene enjoyed fishing and working with rescue dogs. Gene was blessed with many friends, and he will miss all of them. A celebration of life will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, April 11, 2022, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Mexico, MO.
