My sincere condolences to the Keplar family. Ray was the first hotline tool demonstrator I spent time with when I joined the A.B. Chance Company in 1985. If it were not for Ray, I am almost certain my career in the utility industry would not have turned out as well as it has. I have many happy memories of Ray at the Chance Quest House. Ray never backed down from anyone or any challenge. He was part of a team that continued the Chance legacy as the superior hotline tool supplier in the WORLD. Ray, please say hello to Huel and Cliff for me.
